FOUNDER

A multi-hyphenate leader with a punk rock heart and activist soul, I bring strategic vision and a human-centered approach to purpose-driven organizations. With over two decades of experience spanning both corporate leadership and agency roles, I have consistently championed progressive initiatives my entire life.

As a senior strategy professional, I have held distinguished positions at major media/PR companies including Warner Brothers Discovery, WarnerMedia, 21st Century Fox, and Hunter PR. In these roles, I was able to champion equity and inclusion initiatives, led global communications strategies, and fostered innovative approaches to transformative change. My expertise lies in crafting comprehensive strategies that seamlessly integrate across channels while building lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

In 2002, I founded Mandala House, a nonprofit organization that brought “healing through yoga and mindfulness techniques” to war-affected communities. Over a decade, the organization trained more than 225 counselors working with youth in post-conflict zones across Sri Lanka, Burundi, Uganda, and The Democratic Republic of Congo, demonstrating my lifelong commitment to creating tangible social impact.

My professional approach is defined by the ability to hear people's stories, discern their needs, and cultivate tools for success. I excel at helping organizations understand their potential and generating the momentum needed for transformation.
